Continuous Spiral Crimped Fins

These types of fins are semi-crimped and wrapped under tension around the outside of the base tube. Fins are either tack welded or brazed to the base tube at each end of the tube. These finned tubes can be further Hot Dipped Galvanised for surface protection where as the deposition of Zinc also adds up to the efficiency of finned tubes.

Maximum Operating Temperature-250°C

Base Tube Diameter : 5/8 to 3 (15.8 mm to 76.2 mm)
Tube Material : Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Cupro-Nickel
Fin Material : Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Aluminium, Brass
Fin Height : ¼ to ¾ 6.4 mm to 20 mm.
Fin Pitch : 3fins/inch to 11 fins/ inch 118 fins/meter to 433 fins/meter.

Application
Commercial application for air heating or air cooling up to 130°C to 150°C using steam / Thermic fluid / Hot water as heating media or water as cooling media.
